Shaoxing TC Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Dehui Electronic Ceramics Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 215 million yuan. It has entered the plant decoration construction stage at the end of December 2021. In April 2022, the production line equipment of the project will be installed and commissioned one after another, and it is expected to enter the trial production stage after completion in July 2022.
